1. Scope of the website and services
This website provides information about ApnaDigi Solutions, our services and our products, and lets you send business inquiries. Nothing on this website is a binding offer unless confirmed in a written quotation, proposal or subscription agreement.
2. Inquiry and quotation process
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. After discussing your requirements we may send a written quotation or proposal describing scope, deliverables, schedule and fees. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them.
3. Custom software projects
Custom projects are performed under a written agreement or accepted proposal that defines scope, milestones, fees, delivery and acceptance. Changes to scope may change the fees and schedule and will be agreed in writing.
4. SaaS subscriptions
Our SaaS products are in development and are not yet offered for sale. When a product launches, subscription terms, plans and prices will be published and accepted before you subscribe.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and necessary access, to have the right to use any content you give us, and to use our software lawfully.
6. Intellectual property
The ApnaDigi name, logo, website content and our products remain the property of ApnaDigi Solutions. Ownership of custom deliverables is as stated in the project agreement. Where it is not stated, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and components.
7. Payments and invoicing
Fees, taxes (including GST where applicable), advance payments and payment schedule will be set out in the quotation or agreement. Invoices are issued as agreed. Online payments, if offered, will be processed through a third-party payment provider; we do not store card details.
8. Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are provided as described in the agreement. Acceptance criteria and review periods are agreed per project.
9. Maintenance and support
Support and maintenance are provided as agreed for each project or subscription. General technical support can be requested at support@apnadigi.com.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false or harmful content, or use our software for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ApnaDigi Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. The exact limitation will be stated in project agreements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We prefer to resolve disputes through discussion first. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction (to be confirmed by the owner).
